1. Permissible Educational & Personal Use

KiddoZap is provided as a free, ad-supported interactive web service designed for students, children, parents, and educators. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to:

• Play all 50+ games directly in any compatible modern web browser on personal or school devices.
• Utilize KiddoZap in educational institutions, computer labs, and homeschooling environments for classroom brain breaks, arithmetic drills, and cognitive enrichment.
• Share links to KiddoZap games on educational school portals, teacher websites, and non-commercial blogs.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Integrity

All software code, graphics, interactive canvases, audio synthesizers, logo badges, game manuals, and educational curricula on KiddoZap are the proprietary property of KiddoZap or its licensed creators.

• You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, scrape, mirror, or repackage any games without explicit prior written authorization.
• Automated bot traffic, abusive headless scraping, or attempts to disrupt service stability are strictly prohibited.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

KiddoZap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted 99.9% uptime, optimized 60 FPS performance, and cross-browser compatibility across Chromebooks, desktop PCs, iPads, and mobile smartphones, we do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or devoid of minor latency under poor network conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KiddoZap, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our free online gaming platform.

5. Governing Law & Updates

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time to reflect software updates, educational standards, or evolving regulatory compliance. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
